The project operates on three scales – the urban development, the settlement and the residential unit.
The public space is intended to flow freely through the formerly inaccessible industrial site and create a spatial continuity that integrates the project into its urban context and the landscape.
The residential development is based on a system and structure that promotes and encourages community, social contacts and encounters between residents.
In order to guarantee the intimacy of the private residential unit, the majority of the flats are two-storey. The aim is to achieve a high degree of individuality and generosity that is oriented towards the urban quality of the townhouses. Each residential unit has a direct link to the public space and at the same time becomes an individual and private retreat for its residents.
