We preserve and respect the character as well as the essence of Casa Rossa, designed by architect Mario Chiattone in 1922, safeguarding the symmetry with the two twin interior staircases and maintaining the typology of the double house.
At the same time, we respond to the requirements of space utilization, both in practical and technical terms.
We unite the two houses with a single architectural gesture, a cut, which is nothing more than the result of the ‘intersection’ of a sphere with the T-shaped walls in the central space.
What results from it is the visual and spatial union of the two staircases. The double house becomes a unique entity, preserving and narrating its history and origin.
