The developed concept comes from the image of the terraced territory of Ticino, proposing a terraced landscape with specific destinations and intergenerational meeting places. These are thematic terraces, positioned in a north-south direction, to underline the urban development of the area. Within these there is a sequence of steps. The building is integrated within the terraces, especially in the retaining walls, the Casa Rossa emerges as a single volume on the main terrace. The development of the park is based on the following principles:
Natural park – a large undeveloped park that allows you to have nature close to home and promote biodiversity.
Educational park – a path through a natural laboratory where you can play, experiment, collect the fruits of the earth, climb trees.
Park for everyone – a succession of specific areas of interest for all ages.
Alive park – a park where you can meet and have fun, where you can share emotions.
Park with an identity – a park with a pulsating center at the Casa Rossa and the new restaurant area.
