The three brothers, being from the same family, look alike. They live under the same roof, stay close and support each other, but have different characters. At the center are the collective spaces with the double-height hall, on the sides the kindergarten and elementary school. The location of the building pays attention to the parsimonious use of the land and therefore leaves the large area to the south free for sporting activities and/or future development of the municipality. The public space is structured in three zones, which adapt to the slight slope of the natural terrain and the Mezzera path. The highest level is intended for mobility and contains parking spaces for cars and bicycles. The central level, furnished with a fountain and a large tree, is conceived as a small entrance square and rest area for children.
